Airmaster Propellers require very little maintenance and are very easy to service.  This is in part due to the high quality construction and clever design.

There is no TBO (time before overhaul) prescribed as it is not required that the hub be returned to a specialty shop for regular maintenance.  The user is able to do all inspections in the field, usually with the hub body still mounted to the aircraft.

It is recommended that after every 100hrs of operation the blades are removed from the hub and the bearings inspected and regreased.  This is a simple operation as the bearing units are easily unlocked and unthreaded from the hub body without disassembly of the hub itself.

It is also recommended that the slipring brushes are checked for wear every 100hrs.  These can also be easily changed in the field with the use of a soldering iron.
